• Super Admin (Head Office) The Super Admin has complete control over the entire platform from a central web panel. They manage system settings, oversee state-level Admins, and access top-level analytics.
• Admin (State Level Leaders / MLAs) State-level leaders use a responsive web panel to manage operations within their state. They can manage users, assign tasks, moderate content, and view state-specific performance dashboards.
• Manager (District Presidents) District-level leaders use the mobile app with elevated permissions. Their key responsibilities include generating the unique referral codes required for new members to join and creating tasks at the district level.
• User (Karyakarta / Volunteer) The primary user of the mobile app. The on-ground workforce uses the app to receive and complete tasks, communicate with their teams, create content, track their performance, and help grow the party by onboarding new members.
