DesignBoxed is looking to hire a Team Leader who will be responsible for overseeing the execution of operations and providing support by all means to drive team coordination. The suitable candidate will have to conduct daily meetings, follow-ups, provide feedback and brainstorm to deliver effective results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivery of actionable tasks while maintaining accuracy, timeliness and quality standards.
  • Create reports to analyze the GAP and provide insights as to how the gap can be overcome. 
  • Ensures the flow of communication between the teams is appropriate and the process is moving towards improvement. 
  • Implement the best practices and motivates the teams to follow. 
  • Supervising the team of 10 employees and guiding them whenever required.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience as Delivery operations lead or similar role leading the campaign operations

Other Prerequisites:

  • Actively engaged with the entire team to fulfill the operational delivery as per the expectation. 
  • Eye for detail to drive the campaign effectively

Operation Manager

Job description

DesignBoxed is looking to hire an actively engaged Operation Manager who will be responsible for the timely delivery of actionable tasks while maintaining accuracy, timeliness and quality standards. You will be in touch with the entire team to fulfill the operational delivery as per expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading and overseeing the execution of operations and providing support by all means to drive the field and in-house team coordination.
  • Assess the role of the team in serving the requirement and decide upon the Service level agreement where required.
  • Create and publish reports to analyze the GAP and provide insights as to how the gap can be overcome. 
  • Conducts daily meetings and follow-ups with the on-field team to analyze day-to-day coverage and campaign success. 
  • Develop, mentor and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team to ensure improvement in operations.
  • Ensures the flow of communication between the teams is appropriate and the process is moving towards improvement.

MIS Reporting

Job description

The MIS Reporter will design and automate the MIS documentation for the smooth functioning of the system. We are looking for a candidate who will be accountable for collating the data from cross-functional teams to create dashboards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates and generates the reports and dashboards which capture every essence of detail.
  • Generates ad hoc reports as and when needed.
  • Analyze the data to provide analytical information support for presentation to teams for taking corrective action measures.
  • Generates automated reports which are easy to access and unders

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, MIS, Technology or any other degree related to the field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or Specialist.

Other Prerequisites:

  • Proficient with MS Office especially MS Excel, Access, etc.

DesignBoxed is looking to hire a Human Resource Executive who will be responsible for maintaining the coordination with the team to identify the recruitment needs. You will manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. Apart from this, you will also keep and maintain records of all the operational expenditures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Handle final negotiations with the candidates including compensation negotiation, designation, joining date, joining formalities, etc.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Handle employee’s complete lifecycle starting from the onboarding till the exit. 
  • Conducting orientation for the new joiners and introducing them to the process
  • Creating and maintaining the personal record files of the employees
  • Keep a track record of the attendance of employees at work. 
  • Create and share the invoices, billing and contracts related to third-party vendors with HR at the corporate office. 
  • Preparing HR dashboards for presenting them to the management as and when needed.
  • Monitor the performance of employees and if the performance depletes immediate actions up with a Performance Improvement Plan.
  • Coordinate with the HR at the corporate office related to salary-related matters.
